Assignment Verification Authorization

What you're authorizing when you check the box on Request to Connect.

WHAT YOU AUTHORIZE

Contacting Your Agency or Recruiter

By checking the authorization box, you authorize Vettury to contact your staffing agency or employer, and the recruiter or HR contact you provide, to confirm:

  • That you are currently engaged or contracted for a travel assignment
  • The general location of the assignment (city or region; not the specific facility if confidential)
  • The approximate duration of the assignment
  • That your employment or contract status is in good standing
WHAT THIS DOES NOT AUTHORIZE

What Vettury Will Not Ask For

This authorization does not permit Vettury to collect or request:

  • Salary, wage, or compensation information
  • Performance reviews or disciplinary records
  • Protected health information
  • Any verification beyond the scope described above
NOT A CONSUMER REPORT

This Is Not a Background Check

This authorization is not a consumer report and is not governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It is a direct authorization for Vettury to contact your staffing agency or employer to verify the limited information described above.

USE & REVOCATION

How This Information Is Used

Information obtained through this verification is used only for housing placement verification on the Vettury marketplace. It is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

You may revoke this authorization at any time by sending written notice to support@vettury.com. Revocation may affect your eligibility to use the Platform.

HOW YOUR CONSENT IS RECORDED

The Audit Record

When you submit a Request to Connect, this authorization is recorded against your account, together with the version of this authorization language you agreed to, the real IP address the request came from, a server-stamped timestamp, and a reference number — the same checkbox-based consent coverage relied on elsewhere under the Traveler Agreement and Traveler Policy.
